These terms apply to your use of talvega.com and the TalVega talent service (together, “TalVega”), run by NexVega AI Technologies Private Limited (“NexVega”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or emailing us your details, you agree to them.
What TalVega does
TalVega helps people find roles and helps companies find people. We review the information you send us, suggest matches and make introductions. We are not the employer: companies make their own hiring decisions and are responsible for their own job offers and employment terms.
For talent
- TalVega is free for talent. We never charge candidates a fee.
- We do not guarantee that we will find you a role, an interview or a job offer.
- The information you send us must be accurate and your own. Please tell us if anything changes.
- We will share your profile with a company only after you agree to that specific introduction.
For companies
- You confirm that the roles you send us are real, that you are authorised to hire for them, and that they comply with the law, including laws against discrimination.
- Candidate information we share with you is confidential. Use it only to assess that candidate for that role, and do not pass it on to others.
- Sending us a job description does not create a paid engagement. Fees and other commercial terms, if any, are agreed separately in writing before we begin a search.
- We do not guarantee that we will find a suitable candidate, or that a candidate will accept an offer or stay in a role.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- try to disrupt it, damage it or gain unauthorised access to it;
- introduce malware or other harmful code;
- send us false, misleading or someone else’s information;
- pretend to be TalVega or NexVega, or to be connected with us when you are not.
Our content
The text, graphics, logos and other content on the website belong to NexVega or to those who licensed them to us. You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote short extracts with credit. Please do not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
Other product and company names mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.
Links to other websites
The website may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No guarantees
We work to keep the website and our service accurate and available, but we provide them “as is”, without guarantees that they will be complete, error-free or always online.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, NexVega is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of TalVega, including any hiring decision made by a company or any decision you make about a role.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
