Privacy policy — TalVega

TalVega is a talent service run by NexVega AI Technologies Private Limited (“NexVega”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit talvega.com or email us, whether you are looking for a role (“talent”) or hiring for one (“companies”).

What we collect

From talent. When you email talent@talvega.com, we receive your name, contact details, CV, LinkedIn and portfolio links, and anything else you include, such as your work history, skills, preferred roles, location, notice period and expected pay.
From companies. When you email hire@talvega.com, we receive job descriptions and details about the role, plus the name, title and contact details of the people we deal with.
From other sources. To assess a match, we may look at information you have made public in a professional context, such as your LinkedIn profile or published work.
Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Please do not send us government ID numbers, bank details, health information or other sensitive information. We do not need it at this stage.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no user accounts.

How we use it

To understand what talent is looking for and what companies need.
To find, assess and suggest matches between talent and open roles, now and for future roles.
To contact you about roles or candidates, and to arrange introductions and interviews.
To run, secure and fix the website.
To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where the law requires a legal basis for using your information, we rely on your consent (given when you send us your details), our legitimate interest in responding to you and running our business, or a legal obligation.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help us read CVs and job descriptions, compare skills and experience, and suggest possible matches. These tools support our team; they do not make final decisions. A person reviews every match before anything is shared, and no one is turned down by an automated system alone. You can ask us to explain how a decision about you was made.

Who we share it with

Companies hiring for a role. We share a candidate’s profile with a company only after the candidate agrees to that specific introduction.
Talent we introduce. When you agree to an introduction, we may share the company name and role details with you. Companies should tell us if any role details are confidential.
Service providers. Providers that help us run our business, such as email, hosting and AI services, and only as far as they need it to provide their service.
When the law requires it. For example, to a court or government authority.

Where it is stored

Information you send us may be stored and processed in countries other than the one you live in, including by our service providers. These countries may have different data protection laws from yours. Wherever it is stored, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected as this policy describes.

How long we keep it

We keep talent profiles so we can consider you for future roles, and company details while we are working together. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for these purposes or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Security

We use reasonable security practices to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

Your rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you;
correct or update it;
delete it;
withdraw your consent or object to how we use it.

Email contact@talvega.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

TalVega is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
